Who we are

I&G Max Consults is a land surveying, valuation and quantity surveying firm at NSA Mall, 4th floor, Office B08, Kiwatule, Kampala. We handle personal data in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The enquiry form doesn’t store anything on this website: it writes your message into WhatsApp or your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press send there. A message usually includes:

• your name and phone number
• what you tell us about your land, property or project

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you instruct us, carry out the work. We don’t sell or share your details for marketing.

Who else handles it

• WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
• Emails reach our office through Google (Gmail) under its own privacy policy.
• The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept as long as professional and legal obligations require.
